On Your First Visit
A warm welcome from the frontdesk
On your first visit, please approach the front desk personnel who will offer you a form to fill in your details. These details will then be used to register and check you in to see your doctor.
If you have an appointment already, please arrive at least 10 – 15min before your appointment time.Report to the front desk personnel who, after confirming your appointment will check you in to see your doctor
Clients, who present as emergencies are admitted for urgent attention. Registration and documentation is considered after the client is stable.
Pregnant clients have the opportunity to meet our midwife on duty for counselling and discussion on any matters of concern with respect to the index pregnancy.
