Admission Guide

When you arrive at Bethel, please report to our welcoming reception staff. Our receptionist will usher you as well as guide you through the crucial stages of your hospital stay.

   

As you are settling in, our specialist team members will explain the upcoming procedures and will answer any questions or queries you may have, ensuring everything you need to know has been cleared with regards to your time with us.

 

Visitors Guide

 

We Welcome Your Family

If you would like to visit a family member or friend who is a patient at Bethel Hospital, we hope to make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible.

We have adopted a flexible visitation policy throughout the building and ask that patients and visitors alike be respectful of other patients, visitors and staff. For everyone’s safety, all visitors should comply with the hospital guidelines.

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Visitors to the Single/VIP Room are welcome to come after regular visiting hours. The nurse manager of each ward must, however, give his or her consent. If necessary, the hospital reserves the right to refuse visitors.

 

Visiting Hours:

General visiting hours: 6.00-7.00am and 6.00-7.00pm

  • Strictly ONE (1) visitor per patient at any one time.
  • Visitation duration is only 15 minutes at a time.
  • Visitors MUST wear a mask at all times.
  • Children below the age of 12 are discouraged from visiting patients.
Overnight Stay:
